Team Ecosse joined V8Thunder towards the end of 2004, and made its debut in the Winter 2005 season. The team started out with just Alan Strang and Scott Dryden in Lites, but has grown significantly and now competes in four of the five series.

Team Ecosse has been fairly successful in V8Thunder, with two driver titles, four team titles and two rookie titles.
