| Although Team Ecosse initially started out as an open-wheel team, their return to action towards the end of 2004 saw them transformed into a stock car operation. The team's main focus since then has been at V8Thunder and ICS, although it has also participated in NTRL and PRS leagues.

Team Ecosse joined V8Thunder towards the end of 2004, and made its debut in the Winter 2005 season. The team started out with just Alan Strang and Scott Dryden in Lites, but has grown significantly and now competes in four of the five series.
Team Ecosse has been fairly successful in V8Thunder, with two driver titles, four team titles and two rookie titles. |

| Team Ecosse joined ICS in 2007 to compete in their monthly Saturday night Cup series. The team was represented by Steve Smith, Mark Harrison and Alan Strang, but for the 2008 season Harrison was replaced by Derek Howe. The same three drivers are racing for the team in 2009. |

| Team Ecosse joined PRS in 2005 to compete in their Tuesday night series. Represented by Alan Strang, David West and Paul Charman, the team was ill-prepared for what awaited them, and their enthusiasm and participation soon fizzled out. |
